Ask us to erase your personal data

This is the right to erasure — Article 17 of the GDPR. You do not need an account with us, and you never needed one to have the right: if we hold something about you, you can ask us to remove it.

A person reads every request. We reply to the address you give to check it is really you, because acting on an unverified request would itself be a breach — then we act, within one month.

We reply here to check it is you — and it is how we find you in our records.

If you remember how you came across us — a listing you managed, a correction you sent — say so. It helps us find everything rather than the obvious part.

Nothing is erased when you send this. We reply first.

Asking about a winery's listing rather than about yourself? That is a different thing — a winery can ask us to remove its listing from inside its own account, and anyone can suggest a correction from the listing page.
